29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: On or about August 26, 2024, at 124 Santa Clara Drive, Building 124, Naples, Florida, employees were exposed to a 16-foot fall hazard while repairing a leak of a two-story residential roof without a means of fall protection.
