29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in accordance with paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section: At the jobsite located at 13012 Rosehill St., Overland Park, Kansas, employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees engaged in chimney restoration work using scaffolding on the west side of a residential house were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21 feet from the working surface of the scaffold to the ground below due to open sections on the north and south frame section of the scaffold and no top railing on the east and west cross bracing.
