29 CFR  1910.106(e)(9)(ii): Adequate aisles were not maintained for unobstructed movement of personnel and fire protection equipment:  Target Store #2305 - inventory storage area ("back room"). On or about August 26, 2024 the following hazards were observed in and around a Jamco flammable liquid storage cabinet.  a) Combustible materials in the form of cardboard boxes were stored around and on top of the flammable liquid storage cabinet. b) The combustible materials referenced above obstructed access to the cabinet and to an adjacent portable fire extinguisher. c) Combustible materials in the form of cardboard boxes, cloths, adhesives, tape, and painting equipment were stored along with flammable materials inside of the flammable liquid storage cabinet. d) Various cleaning agents were stored along with flammable materials inside of the flammable liquid storage cabinet
