29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1):Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  a) Om Aadi Restaurant Southington LLC DBA Friendly's Restaurant, 408 Queen Street, Southington, CT 06489; On or about August 26, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire entrapment hazards when employees needed to know to strike the far right corner of the push bar on the  north fire exit door in order to open the door.
