29 CFR 1910.23(c)(4): The employer did not ensure that ladders that are used only on stable and level surfaces unless they are secured or stabilized to prevent accidental displacement. a) Dover Motor Speedway in the Cup Garage Area, 1131 N. Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901: On or about 06/06/2024, an employee using a 12 foot step ladder was installing a metal frame for an awning without all of the legs of a ladder being stabilized on the ground allowing for the ladder to adjust causing the employee to fall onto the hood of a vehicle and then onto the paved surface.
