29 CFR 1928.51(b)(2)(i)(B): Ensure that each employee uses such seatbelt while the tractor is moving. On or about July 28, 2024, employees engaged in agricultural feedlot operations located at 110463 747 RD, Overton, Nebraska 68863 were exposed to struck-by/crushed-by hazards in that an employee was operating a Polaris Ranger side-by-side UTV without wearing a seatbelt, helmet or any other personal protective equipment.
