29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. 1. On or about August 26, 2024, at the hole tech rip area of shop employees were exposed to slip, trip and combustible dust hazards as there were multiple small piles of sawdust on electrical equipment and on and around the floor of machines which were not cleaned adequately. 2. On or about August 27, 2024, at the loading dock of shop employees were exposed to slip, trip hazards as there was sawdust on and around the floor of machines which were not cleaned adequately. 3. On or about August 27, 2024, at the building area of shop employees were exposed to slip, trip and combustible dust hazards as there was a pile of saw dust at the exit door which was not adequately cleaned up.
