29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: On or about August 27, 2024, and at times prior thereto, at the FM 917 Johnson County state highway improvement construction site, the employer conducted lane closures on a two-lane road using flaggers without providing all the required advance warning signs for motorists approaching.
