OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards when operating a commercial lawn mower without using the rollover protection system: a) 55 Hartman Road, Danville, PA 17821 - On or about August 28, 2024, an employee was exposed to crushing hazards while operating a SCAG Cheetah commercial zero-turn lawn mower on a slope without the rollover protection system (ROPS) installed in the upright position Abatement Certification Required.
