29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.   a) 418 Roberts Street, Rome, NY  13440, on the scaffold, on or about 8/27/24:  Employees were working from a ladder-jack scaffold, 16 feet from ground, without fall protection of any kind, and the metal scaffold components were placed within 6 inches of the live power feed into the building demonstrating that the employer failed to retrain employees that showed indications through work performance of not retaining the requisite proficiency.  Abatement documentation was required for this item and not provided.    Abatement documentation must be submitted for this item.
