Kristin Lane, South Milwaukee, WI 53172, employees installing a roof on a residential home roof with an approximately 6:12 pitch were not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet 10 inches from the roof eve to the ground below on the back (South) side of the home.  Herlo Home Remodeling Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1622949, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1408 Durness Ct., Naperville, IL 60540.
