29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person designated by the employers. On or about August 8, 2024, at the North side of the jobsite, employees were engaged in construction activities where frequent and regular inspections were not performed to identify and correct hazards including, but not limited to open excavations, trip and fall, and impalement.
