OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazards of being struck-by wood building components in the event of a structural collapse:  On or about August 28, 2024, employees conducting framing activities were exposed to falls, struck-by, and crushing hazards on a commercial construction site in Casey, Illinois.  The employees were setting trusses, and the employer did not ensure adequate ground and truss bracing were installed on the single-story wood framed building.
