29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) 35246 Atlantic Avenue, Millville, DE 19967: On or about August 29, 2024, employees exposed to impalement hazards when they entered the structures to conduct framing material installation due to sections of rebar protruding from the concrete without any type of guard to eliminate the hazard.
