Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) 35246 Atlantic Avenue, Millville, DE 19967: On or about August 29, 2024, employees exposed to falls approximately 13 feet above the next lower level while performing framing work on a newly constructed multi-story, commercial building without any means of fall protection. b) 35246 Atlantic Avenue, Millville, DE 19967: On or about September 17, 2024, employees exposed to falls approximately 13 feet above the next lower level while performing framing work on a newly constructed multi-story, commercial building without any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) 35246 Atlantic Avenue, Millville, DE 19967: On or about August 29, 2024, employees exposed to impalement hazards when they entered the structures to conduct framing material installation due to sections of rebar protruding from the concrete without any type of guard to eliminate the hazard.
