29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  At a multi-family residential worksite located at 5115 - 5119 NW Karen Blvd, Riverside MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties were on the ground picking up trash and debris being thrown off the roof above. The employees on the ground were not wearing head protection. This exposed the employees to head injuries causing injury. This was documented on or about 08/28/2024.

At a residential multi-family worksite located at Riverside, MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties using pitchforks, hammers, and other small hand tools were not wearing eye protection. This exposed employees to getting shrapnel and/or debris in their eyes causing injury. This was documented on or about 08/28/2024.
