29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer must submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  a)  The employer failed to submit documentation of abatement within 10 days of the abatement date for Citation 1 Item 2.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about August 30, 2024 employees were were exposed to fall hazards of at least 9', and at times as much as 22' while performing roofing work such as removing shingles and installing underlayment on a residential home and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b).

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about August 30, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 22' while performing residential roofing work. The employer did not provide a training program to recognize fall hazards and the procedure to be followed to minimize those hazards.
