29 CFR 1910.38(b): An emergency action plan was not in writing, kept in the workplace, and available to employees for review: a) On or about September 3, 2024, at the post office located at 38032 Postal Dr, Zephyrhills, FL 33542, employees were exposed to a fire hazards, in that, the evacuation plan was not updated to reflect changes in the facility after a sorting machine was added and the organization of the facility was changed.
