29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about September 3, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury in that employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6 ft while conducting roofing operations on a multi-residential building and were not utilizing a fall protection systems.
