Millers Buildings, 4032 State Route 8 Titusville, PA 16354: Barn roof- on or about 09/03/2024 and at times prior thereto; employees were performing roof work operations without the use of fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13-feet above ground level.
