Such examination shall be made at least daily.  On or about September 04, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees examined forklifts before they were placed into service. Employees were found operating a Yale electric forklift (SN#A814V04520W), in which employees are to pump the brakes when stopping due to malfunctioning brakes.
