(b) On or about and at times prior to August 29, 2024, at 2800 S Ocean Drive, Boca Raton, FL 33432 (South Tower), the employer did not ensure stairways were equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge exposing employees to a fall approximately 8 feet 3 inches to the ground.
