29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used: a) On the site located at 12408 Riverglen Dr, Riverview, FL: On or about 06/28/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, employees were not taught procedures on how to connect and disconnect from fall protection. The Westfall Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1740945, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 4235 Camelia Dr. Hernando Beach, FL 34607.
