The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: 25 Elm Street, South Deerfield, MA: On or about August 4, 2024, the employer had not trained employees to recognize fall hazards and on the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards, prior to exposing them to fall heights over 6 feet during a commercial roof replacement project.
