Location: Job site;  On or about 09//2024, employees were allowed to work in an area of scaffolding that was approximately 16-18-inches away from the face of the work at the corner of the face of work where the scaffolding changed directions and created a gap large enough for an employee to fall 7-feet to the platform below.
