29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. On or about September 6, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, eight (8') feet nine (9") inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  b. On or about September 6, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, nine (9') feet one (1") inch above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  c. On or about September 6, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9') feet three (3") inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.  GUALAN CONSTRUCTION, CORP. DBA Carlos Gualan was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605936, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 7, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6N474 Roosevelt Ave., St. Charles, IL 60174.  GUALAN CONSTRUCTION, CORP. DBA Carlos Gualan was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1683303, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 28, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 8506 Banger Dr., Tinley Park, IL 60477.
