29 CFR 1926.152(d)(2):A portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20-B units was not located between 25 feet and 75 feet from flammable liquid storage area(s) located outside: a) On a worksite located at 11874 US Highway 301, Dade City, Florida 33525; On or about 09/04/2024, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that, at least one portable fire extinguisher was not available near a diesel fuel tank/refueling point located in the northeast section of the site.
