29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b) a) On or about June 26, 2024, lot #153 Leland Ave, Millsboro, DE- CSHO observed four workers walking and working on a timber framed residential structure. The employees were not using any fall protection or personal protective equipment. The workers were exposed to fall hazards from 16 feet and 8 feet while working on the top of the interior walls.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATION(S) AND/OR CONDITIONS) a) On or about June 26, 2024, at lot #153 Leland Ave, Millsboro, De: During the opening inspection the company owner stated the employees has not been trained on fall protection measures. The exposed employees as well as the owner had exposed themselves to fall hazards while walking and working on a timber framed residential structure where they were placing framing materials without fall protection and training.
