29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2)(i): The employer's exposure determination did not include the information required in 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2)(i)(A) through (c)(2)(i)(C): a) Yourway Transport - 6681 Snowdrift Rd, Allentown, PA - On or about September 6, 2024, employees were exposed to bloodborne pathogens while sorting various types of medical waste, such as but not limited to, used needles, lancets, medical tubing, and vials of blood. The employer did not perform exposure determinations which would list all job classifications, tests, or procedures for which all or some employees have occupational bloodborne pathogen exposure as defined by paragraph B of this section. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.
