L.L.C. doing business as JTK Cuisine & Cocktails were exposed to fire and burn hazards in that employees operated/powered equipment plugged into the 15 ampere Transient Voltage Surge Suppressor relocatable power tap that was rated less than the total amperage of the load being served.  Equipment included but was not limited to simultaneous operation/powering of the Vitamix household food preparation machine (11.5 amperes) with the Robot Coupe Food Processor (7.2 amperes), Kitchen Aid 6 Quart Mixer (550 watts (4.58 amperes), and/or Cabela's Carnivore Commercial-Grade 3/4 Horsepower Meat Grinder (550 watts (4.58 amperes)) and charging of at least one cellular device.
