On or about September 09, 2024, on the northwest side of the excavation; without a safe means of egress, employees were marking a water line inside an excavation greater than 4 feet deep. Sargent Plumbing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1653651, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace located near the southwest corner of the Stewart Street and Woodson Street intersection, Willis, TX 77378.
