29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii):Special handtools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone a) On the site located at 2808 New Tampa Highway, Lakeland, FL: On or about 09/10/2024, the employer exposed employees to a caught in or between hazard, in that, employees were using their hands to align boxes so they fed into the machine correctly. Employees' hands were coming in contact with the rollers located where the boxes fed into the machine.
