At Las Palmas Condominium 1090 Bella Vista Blvd Saint Augustine, FL: On or about September 10, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 24 -25 foot, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while on the roof painting a wall, going up and down in an aerial lift.
