29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): Location: 740 Washington Ave. Belleville, NJ 07109 a: The employer failed to ensure the equipment used by employees met the minimum clearance distance when positioned closer than 10 feet to power lines. An employee worked on a skyjack that was positioned at 8 feet from 26kV powerlines. Violation occurred on or about September 10, 2024.
