This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a)J&J Zuniga at 27199 475th Avenue, Harrisburg, SD, 57032: On or about and at times prior to September 10, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees were properly trained on the use of fall protection systems prior to being exposed to the fall hazards while working on a commercial building roof. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
