29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Production floor: On or about 9/11/2024, the employer did not ensure that the sprocket and chain on the RG 32 shredder, model AG 32/20 SWU, serial # 10742010, was effectively guarded. The bottom of the conveyor chute had a flap that was easily opened which exposed the sprocket and chain.
