This exposed employees accessing and egressing to and from the roof, to a fall hazard of approximately  8.8 feet onto soft ground.

This exposed employees to a fall hazard from the first floor roof of approximately 8.8 feet to 16 feet on the North side of the structure.  J&J Contractors I, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1656776, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 9, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at W278 N6145 Serenity Dr., Merton, WI 53056.
