29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to the lower level. Location - Job Site: On or about 9/11/24, employees were exposed to 22-foot fall hazards while performing siding installation without fall protection. TLS Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1639935, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/23/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 130 Boston Avenue, Medford, MA.
