29 CFR 1910.333(c)(8): Conductive articles of jewelry and clothing (such a watch bands, bracelets, rings, key chains, necklaces, metalized aprons, cloth with conductive thread, or metal headgear) was worn where employees might contact exposed energized parts. a) 630 E. Chestnut Hill Rd., Newark, DE 19713 (rooftop) On or about September 5, 2024, an employee was testing live equipment and was in direct contact with the electrical components in an open panel and wore conductive articles such as but not limited to a metal belt buckle and was not rendered nonconductive by covering, removing, wrapping, or other isolating means. The employee was electrically shocked and received 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree burns from the electrical shock.
