29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a) At Triangle SC yard 1 - On or about September 11, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to slips and falls, in that, water from the sprinkler system was allowed to collect on the plywood platform at the entrance to the guard building making it slippery.
