29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed: a) On or about September 12, 2024, at 13300 Northwest 25th Street Doral FL, the employer did not ensure employees operating powered industrial truck sounded the horn when crossing/entering an aisle that was obstructed at the warehouse thereby, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
