On or about September 11th, 2024, The employer did not ensure that sprocket wheel and chains of the Foshan Bestar Packaging Machine BSTV-160F were enclosed. Employee's finger was caught in the unguarded sprocket and chain. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
