29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a.) 924 Turin Street, Rome, NY 13440, Rome Teachers Federal Credit Union, on or about 9/12/2024; Two employees were installing siding from a roof with a pitch of approximately 5.5:12. No fall protection was used, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
