DBA Little Caesars Pizza, on or about 9/12/24 and times prior thereto: .the exit doors in the front and back areas of the establishment were not clearly marked by signs reading Exit. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5):Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): A.) Marble Foods Inc. DBA Little Caesars Pizza, on or about 9/12/24 and times prior thereto: an area in the establishment that was utilized for storage of miscellaneous supplies and equipment was equipped with doors leading to the outside of the building. The doors were not clearly marked with Not an Exit signage, or some other clear designation to prevent them from being mistaken for Exit doors during an emergency. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
