29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6: On or about September 11, 2024, Apparatus Bays: Four "D" size portable oxygen cylinders were not stored in accordance with the following sections of CGA P-1-1965. 3.3.2 - Cylinder storage areas were not prominently posted with the names of the gases to be stored. 3.3.6 - Cylinders were stored in a combustible container next to flammable supply boxes. 3.3.8 - Cylinders were stored behind a side-hinged door leading from the apparatus bays to the facility kitchen.
