29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Jobsite located at 1314 Spring Garden Street, PHILADELPHIA, PA - On or about September 12, 2024, a written Hazard Communication Program was not developed or implemented for employees conducting roofing operations. Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to: Methyl Acetate, Heptane, Polypropylene, Tris (2-chloroisopropyl) Phosphate, 4,4' Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate, and Polymethylene Polyphenyl Isocyanate, contained in AeroWEB Adhesive, Helix Max Low-Rise Adhesive - Dual Tank Part A, and Dual Tank Part B.

Employees conducting roofing operations were exposed to hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to: Methyl Acetate, Heptane, Polypropylene, Tris (2-chloroisopropyl) Phosphate, 4,4' Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate, and Polymethylene Polyphenyl Isocyanate contained in AeroWEB, Helix Max Low-Rise Adhesive - Dual Tank Part A, and Helix Max Low-Rise Adhesive - Dual Tank Part B.
