29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Jobsite located at 1314 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA - On or about September 12, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees inspecting the rigging equipment of the suspension scaffolds from the main roof of the building with unprotected sides and edges, approximately 60 feet above the lower level roof, were protected from falls hazards by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.
