29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) At  640 and 601 Muncy Avenue Lindenhurst, NY 11757. On or about September 13th, 2024. Employees used products such as but not limited to propane, acetylene, oxygen, diesel fuel, Portland cement and concrete bonding agent containing hazardous chemicals xylene, ethylene benzene, crystalline silica. The employer did not develop, implement and or maintain a written hazard communication program at the workplace.    Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
