29 CFR  1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment:   (a) 10B Jules Lane. New Brunswick, NJ 08901.  On or about September 13, 2024, and thereafter, the employer provided and required the use of latex gloves and dust masks by employees using organic solvents such as naphtha and acetone for skin contact and vapor inhalation exposure protection respectively.  This personal protective equipment (PPE) was not a type that afforded protection suitable for organic vapor inhalation and naphtha solvent skin contact during label / glue removal from cosmetic product jars / bottles.
