29 CFR  1910.176(a):  Where mechanical handling equipment is used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage must be made.  Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.  Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked.  (a)  Paint Shop area:  On September 16, 2024 and times prior, employees were working in an area where fabricated steel components to be painted are unloaded by an overhead crane. The passageway utilized by the employees was obstructed by steel panels, exposing employees to caught between and struck-by hazards.
